All custom orders from Exotic Party Creations are made to order.

Once the details of your custom order have been confirmed and approved by the customer, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Failure to respond to order confirmations or proof approvals may cause delays in production and shipping times.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Exotic Party Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided during checkout, Exotic Party Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct and secure for delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

• check around the delivery area
• check with household members or neighbors
• contact the shipping carrier directly
• file a missing package claim with the carrier

Due to the personalized nature of custom items, returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom orders when the error was made by the customer, including but not limited to:

• incorrect spelling
• incorrect dates
• incorrect colors or design selections
• incorrect information submitted with the order

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all custom order details before production begins.

If an error was made by Exotic Party Creations, we will correct the issue or replace the item at no additional cost.

For non-custom merchandise, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unused
• items must be in original condition
• items must be returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Customers can also drop off their return at Exotic Party Creations LLC. located at 1002 N Hutchinson Ave Adel,Ga 31620

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected within 3 Business Days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
