Custom Order process

 • After your order is received, a design proof will be sent within 48 hours to the email address provided at checkout.
• The proof must be reviewed and approved before production begins. 

 • Minor revisions such as spelling corrections or color adjustments are included.
• Additional design changes may require additional time. 

 • Please carefully review your proof for spelling, dates, and photo placement.
• Exotic Party Creations LLC. is not responsible for errors approved by the customer. 

 • Production begins once the proof is approved.
• Standard production time is 3–5 business days. 

For best results:

• Upload a high-resolution photo
• Face should be clearly visible
• Avoid screenshots when possible

 Low-quality images may affect print results. 

 • Changes cannot be made once production has started.
• If a customer delays proof approval, production time may be extended. 

Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Because all items are personalized, custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
